#17: KARAMUCHO TANDOORI CHICKEN

This is a tandoori chicken which you can easily make by sprinkling karamucho on it and putting it in yogurt for a while. You can make it with your frying pan even if you don't have tandoor!

INGREDIENTS (2 SERVINGS)

  • 200g Chicken
  • 1 Karamucho
  • 4 tbsp Plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Lemon slice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

HOW TO MAKE

1. These are ingredients.

2. Put karamucho in a plastic bag. Crush karamucho finely from the outside of the bag.


3. Mix chicken which cut into bite-size, soy sauce and plain yogurt. Keep it in a refrigerator for one hour.

4. Grease the pan, and put #3 into it. Fry both side.
