Q1) What is OYATSU Cha Cha Cha?

In Japan, from children to grown-ups, everyone enjoys eating snacks (snacks, candy, and chocolate). In addition, we enjoy the time for looking their appearance and changing their taste.

 

We offer the information, such as hot products in Japan, new arrivals, fun way to eat. We hope we get a voice of impressions, requests and suggestions from you.

 

"OYATSU" is the word that represents such as "snacks", "afternoon tea" and "between-meals refreshments" in Japanese.

Q2) What is OYATSUBOX Monthly Subscription?

Every month, we pick assortments of snacks, candy and chocolate and we ship them and happy time to you.

 

Contents are secret until you get your box. Some of items are determined by the prior vote. Please participate in the vote referring to photos and videos. The contents of the past OYATSUBOX are disclosed. You can make use of it for your joining.

Q3) Can you deliver OYATSUBOX to my country?

We ship to the countries that can be delivered by Economy Air (SAL). SAL is available for various countries/areas.

Q4) When is the application deadline?

The final day of every month is the deadline to subscribe. For example, it is 30th if it is April, and it is 28th if it is February.

Q5) What payment options are currently available?

We currently accept PayPal and all major credit cards via PayPal system. For payments we trust PayPal which is the most popular online payment service. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with the best system on the market for security and prevent against fraud. When you use PayPal or credit card, your financial information is never shared with OYATSU Cha Cha Cha.

Q6) What currency can I use?

The prices will be displayed in US dollar. The currency for payment is US dollar.

Q7) When do I get charged?

You will be charged right after you first order. Future payments will be charged 30 days after initial payment. For example, if you order on January 13th, you will be charged on January 13th and the 13th of every following month.

Q8) How do I cancel my subscription?

If you paid by PayPal, you can cancel your subscription online. Of course if you send to us an email for cancel, we cancel it and refund you expenses.

 

In the case where you paid by credit card, please give us an email. We cancel your subscription and refund you expenses.

Q9) When is a deadline for cancellation?

The last day of every month is the deadline to subscribe. You can cancel the subscription after this month if before a deadline to subscribe. When you cancel it after deadline, the subscription is effective. How to cancel is different by your payment method and the timing of your cancellation. When you cancel it after the payment, please give us an email to refund you expenses.

 

In one example, January 31th is the deadline of the January's subscription. If you cancel on January 31th, the January's subscription (shipping date is February 7th) will be canceled. If you cancel on February1st, the January's subscription (shipping date is February 7th) will be shipped. But February's subscription (shipping date is March 7th) will be canceled.

 

After your parcel depart, in the case where you want to cancel the subscription, we can't stop delivery. Firstly, please contact us by an email. Next, when the parcel is delivered to your home, please refuse to receive it. Then the parcel is sent back to Japan. When we receive it back in the office and it is unopened, we will proceed to issue you a full refund. It may take several weeks.

Q10) When will I receive OYATSUBOX?

OYATSUBOX ships on the 5th of every month. The days required for delivery depend on where you live. If you live in North America and Europe, it takes about two weeks.

Q11) What kind of method do you send a parcel by?

We send the parcels in Economy Air (SAL). SAL is a service where international mail is handled as surface mail in both Japan and the destination country and as airmail between the two countries. This service is faster than surface mail while the cost is lower than airmail. We add tracking service and compensation to SAL.

Q12) Is there an extra charge for shipping?

The postage is included in sales price.

Except for some areas, tracking service is enabled. After we ship the parcel, we will inform you the tracking number. You can check the delivery status by yourself.

 

If it is past expected date of arrival, please wait another two weeks. If your parcel would not arrive after two weeks from the expected arrival date, please give us an email. After we confirm the situation and we understand it's a trouble of delivery, we resend goods. The cost of re-shipment is at our expense.

 

If a part of the assortment is lost or damaged, please save it as the present conditions. It is necessary for you to report a lack and a damage to the local post office. Please give us an email first. After we confirm the situation and we receive the damaged goods back in the office, we resend goods or we refund you expenses. The cost of return and re-shipment is at our expense.

Q14) Can I return my OYATSUBOX?

If the box is unopened and the goods are new condition, returning goods is possible for less than one week after the arrival of the box. Please give us an email first. You pay the postage. When one week passses, you cannot return goods even if unopened. When we receive it back in the office, we will proceed to issue you a full refund.

Q15) What do I do if I had a defective?

We pay attention to handling the products as much as possible. However, if you receive a defective product please send us pictures showing the problem. After we confirm the problem and we receive the defective products back in the office, we resend products or we refund you expenses. It may take several weeks. The cost of return and re-shipment is at our expense.

Q16) Do you offer customization if I am allergic?

Unfortunately, a lot of snacks in Japan contain milk, eggs, and nuts. We pack a lot of items in each box and it is not feasible for us to customize items for people with allergies. If you have an allergy, for your own safety please do not subscribe.

 

We will do our best to translate raw materials of items and send you the instructions, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide every ingredient.

Q17) Can I select the contents of OYATSUBOX?

We determine the contents. You can not change the contents. However, some of the items are selected by the results of the questionnaire.

Q18) Is the customs included in the price?

Customs duty is the customer’s responsibility as the customer is the importer of such items. No customs duties nor customs handling services of any kind are included in the price of product.

Q19) Can I receive a free sample to review for my blog or youtube channel?
