RETURNED GOODS

CANCEL

The last day of every month is the deadline to subscribe. You can cancel the subscription after this month if before a deadline to subscribe. DEFECTIVE GOODS, DAMAGED GOODS, NON-ARRIVAL

If a part of the assortment is lost or damaged, please save it as the present conditions. It is necessary for you to report a lack and a damage to the local post office. Please give us an email first. After we confirm the situation and we receive the damaged goods back in the office, we resend goods or we refund you expenses.
