#16: MARSHMALLOW MOCHI

It is like a soft rice cake made from marshmallow. The combination of marshmallow, soybean flour and sesame brings a good flavor such as the Japanese sweets.

INGREDIENTS (1 SERVING)

  • 100g Marshmallow
  • 50cc Water
  • 1 tbsp Soybean flour (KINAKO)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame

HOW TO MAKE

1. These are ingredients.

2. Wash marshmallows with water well. Put marshmallows and water into the pan. Simmer them on low heat. When marshmallows melt, stop heating and cool them.


3. Put "2" in a bowl and Cool it with the refrigerator for one hour. Wrap sesame with plastic wrap and crush it with a stick finely.

4. When the marshmallow gets hard, cut it to mouthful size with a spoon. Put soybean flour on marshmallow balls, it is completion. Put crushed sesame on it, if you like.
