#14: JAGARICO SWEET POTATO

I made a dango from jagarico. This is like a Japanese cake which has sweet potato flavor.

INGREDIENTS (2 SERVINGS)

  • 1 Jagarico (Jaga-bata)
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Egg (some egg yolks for the finish)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Black sesame

HOW TO MAKE

1. These are ingredients.

2. Put crushed jagarico, milk, sugar and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap. Warm it with a microwave oven for one minute.


3. Mash "2". When it cools down, put egg and cinnamon powder in it, and mix them. Divide it into quarters, and make them into balls.

4. Put egg yolk and sprinkle black sesame on "3" surface. Bake them until the surface becomes the light brown.
