#08: STUFFED PEPPERS WITH KAPPA EBISEN

This is stuffed with Kappa Ebisen instead of meat. The surface is crispy. The taste of the inside makes a good match with the sweetness of green peppers.

INGREDIENTS (3 SERVINGS)

  • 1 Kappa Ebisen
  • 3 Green pepper
  • *7 tbsp Milk
  • *30g Mayonnaise
  • *2 tbsp Potato starch
  • *2tsp Soy sauce
  • Breadcrumbs

HOW TO MAKE

1. These are ingredients.

2. Crush Kappa Ebisen finely from the outside of the bag. Put it in mixing bowl.


3. Add ingredients "*" in mixing bowl and mix them. Cut green peppers to half and remove the contents. After putting potato starch inside of green peppers, fill them with paste-formed Kappa Ebisen. 

4. Put breadcrumbs in a vat and attach breadcrumbs to the Ebisen side. Grease the pan, and fry them from the Ebisen side first. If the surface becomes the light brown, reverse them and fry them for two minutes.
